Breakfast Curry!

Curry for breakfast…of course!

Nothing goes better with a pot of black coffee than a quick breakfast made with your leftovers from last night. In fact, your curry may be even more tasty as it has had all night for the various flavors to meld together.

Here is us making a nice curry for dinner….

And in the morning, just reheat left over curry, add an egg (either fried or poached), and you’re off!

The creaminess of the egg cuts the heat of the curry just enough. We put ours over a bed of mixed greens and served with a French press. Happy Saturday!
